US Fertility, LLC – Retaliation and Wrongful Termination

In April 2024, Kessler Matura P.C. filed a lawsuit against US Fertility, LLC. The suit alleged that a former US Fertility, LLC executive, complained repeatedly about financial improprieties, substandard patient care, and sexual harassment at US Fertility, LLC. Instead of properly investigating those complaints, US Fertility, LLC engaged in a pattern of retaliation and eventually fired the executive.

The lawsuit sought damages resulting from US Fertility’s conduct under the New York Labor Law, New York State Human Rights Law, and the New York City Human Rights Law.  The case was discontinued in November 2025.
