Cameron Dichter

PlaceholderCameron Dichter is an associate attorney at Kessler Matura P.C.

Cameron represents employees in all areas of employment law, including claims of discrimination, harassment, hostile work environment, retaliation, and unpaid wages. He handles claims under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, the New York State Human Rights Law, the New York City Human Rights Law, the National Labor Relations Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, and the New York Labor Law.

Cameron earned his J.D. at UC Davis School of Law where he served as a leader of the Workers’ Justice Law Association and participated in legal clinics at Arriba Las Vegas Worker Center. Cameron also worked at Gladstein, Reif & Meginniss, LLP as a Peggy Browning Fellow. During his fellowship, Cameron garnered experience in class action wage-and-hour litigation supporting healthcare workers forced to work long shifts for subsistent wages.

Prior to law school, Cameron worked as a paralegal at Community Legal Services of Philadelphia and was a delegate for his staff union, organized under District 1199C. As a union delegate, Cameron served as one of the lead negotiators for his bargaining unit in contract negotiations.
In his free time, Cameron enjoys reading and writing fiction, making pottery, and playing basketball (albeit poorly).
