Your Wireless Managers – Unpaid Wages

In September 2023, Kessler Matura P.C. and co-counsel filed a class and collective action lawsuit on behalf of current and former managers employed by Your Wireless – a Verizon-authorized retailer with over 130+ stores across the nation.

The complaint alleged that Your Wireless did not pay its managers for all hours worked. Our clients and their colleagues worked off the clock each week. They were not paid for working through lunch and were not paid for the time they spent working outside their scheduled shift, including on mandatory team conference calls. As a result, we alleged that Your Wireless’s managers were owed unpaid overtime wages and related damages.

The parties reached a class-wide settlement and submitted the settlement to the Supreme Court of New York, Nassau County, for approval in August 2025.
